It starts out by talking about CS4, into the book a bit, are a some references to Illustrator. There are many hand drawn photographs of free style models and then insertion of textures on how they use different fabrics into the photograph. There are some photos of people like cut outs from magazines, some discussions on Photoshop tools that you would read in any other book wrote about the subject, there is a cd in the back.
My thoughts are. IF you want to use this as a class study of fashion design using Photoshop, sure. I’d even say you might want to be an Advanced user of Photoshop to use the book. If you’re looking for a quick run down on how to use this book for fashion design, you’ll be disappointed if you don’t understand Photoshop or Illustrator.
I don’t regret buying the book, it adds to what I already own. It is what it says. Adobe Photoshop for Fashion Design.
